Gabriel is an exceptional agent. I enjoyed his regular market insights via email and the fact that he really listened and did not send to me any listings outside the parameters I gave him. It was many months before I received a listing, I was truly interested in. He waited patiently for me to contact him when I finally saw a property I liked. Then Gabriel went into action and secured all pertinent documents on the property through the owner and county records. He also went to the property and walked it alone while video recording things on the property that might be of particular interest to me.
